Good Quality D&T Wash Sponge Production Cutting Line
The production line includes two parts. One is the cutting machine and the other is the shape grinding machine.
The shape grinding machine is used to cut the edge of the wash sponge with the max size of 2300*100*60mm.The machine can cut the edge shapes with special grinding wheels. The width of the grinds can be adjustable. For the cutting speed, it can cut around 30 block of the size 2000*1500*80mm per hour and can do great help in your production line.
The cutting machine is used to cut sponge foam/ flexible polyurethane foam. You only setting the thickness what you need then the machine will cut whole block automatically.
